This oceanfront estate sits on a lot of approximately 10,000 sq ft., with 130 feet of ocean frontage. Enjoy and share our beach with the Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles. You will be staying a short three miles from Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay and Haleiwa town, on the famous North Shore surf spot Chuns Reef.

Boogieboards, surfboards, kayaks, snorkeling equipment, skimboards and beach toys are provided. The snorkeling is excellent with Green Sea Turtles and many tropical fish species inhabiting the reef.

There is a private gate with 3-4 steps to the white sand beach, and shared outdoor exercise area.

The home was originally constructed as the "Laniakea Train Station" in the late 1800s. It was remodeled in 2006, and features many antiques from around the world. Because of it's history, it is built much closer to the ocean than current regulations allow. It's unique position as a point home on the edge of Chun's Reef Beach means there are neighbors on only one side. The hills behind the home are undeveloped lending the neighborhood an open country atmosphere.

There is secure parking for one car for each unit in the driveway. The property is on Kam. Hwy., a two lane main road, and there is a bus stop in front of the home.

Telephone at the home is shared with free long distance to US and Canada. (Sorry, no incoming calls.)

The property is fully gated with monitored security cameras.

Per Night: $250, for 2 people + $25 per extra person.
Cleaning and Yard: $190, fixed rate non refundable.
Security Deposit: $500, refundable within 14 days of check out.
All prices are subject to 4.712% Hawaii General Excise Tax and 7.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax. Payment can be made with cash or cashier's check; credit card payments are also accepted.
